Medical 4.0 has been designed to acquire, collect and work with data in a medical research study. Its main task is to facilitate all processes related to data collection during the study and, in the final stage, to obtain and deliver data ready for reporting, analysis and reuse.
Medical 4.0 is equipped with a study wizard that allows you to design and model your eCRF and associated processes. In the wizard, it is possible to create dependent questions, conditions, modules, different types of questions and answers, configurations, versioning, all in order to obtain the highest data quality.
The system shall operationally support the users (investigators, physicians, support staff). It has a mechanism for patient/subject management, visits/events during a study and streamlined communication of units involved in a study e.g. handling adverse events and serious adverse events. The tool supports the dynamic development of devices, processes, therapies and drugs
Medical 4.0 has its industrial counterpart, the Process 4.0 system, which analogously to Medical responds to the need to digitise the path around industrial research.
